Note: Opening of a new Chapter is subject to the unquestionable judgment of the Board for the formation of the new International and Regional's Chapters . Chapters are subject to an "opening fee payment" of € 3000 (waived for 2020 for 2021) plus regular membership fees to be paid every year.
